Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • US Business / Commercial Addresses: FREE standard delivery for commercial addresses located in the contiguous 48 US states. (Note: This excludes businesses operated out of residential addresses.)

  • US Residential Addresses: A flat $15 residential surcharge applies to cover carrier fees for home delivery. Please select “Residential Address” at checkout to avoid order holds or delivery delays.

  • Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are subject to destination surcharges calculated at checkout based on package weight and dimensions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country and preferred carrier.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International packages may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Excluded International Destinations: We currently do not deliver to the following remote islands and overseas territories:

    • Jersey & Guernsey (Channel Islands)

    • Isle of Man

    • Isles of Scilly

    • Orkney & Shetland Islands

    • Outer Hebrides / Western Isles

  • Address Classification: Please ensure you select the correct address type (Commercial vs. Residential) at checkout. We reserve the right to hold shipments where the required residential surcharge or international customs documentation has not been completed.
